Pizza is our Passion! Our obsession with the artistry of the pizzaiolo shows in every pie we pull from our stone-deck oven. At Brandli’s Pizza Pasta Grille, along with sourcing local produce and artisan cheeses, we also prepare our dough daily and grind our whole milk mozzarella in house to offer our guests the most delicious pizza possible. Regional beers on tap and a carefully selected wine list complement our pizzas, pastas and small plate offerings.
Our single-minded devotion to quality is displayed in every meal that leaves our kitchen. From our fresh, never-frozen Angus burgers to our imported pastas and hand-made arancini, our unwavering commitment to our guests is our number one priority. We lit our oven for the first time in August, 1997. Since then, we have expanded substantially, adding two outdoor bistros in 2007 and 2008, along with our heated patio addition and complete renovation in 2014.
